Job summary

Placements24 is seeking Entry-Level IT Support Apprentices for a fully remote position. This program is ideal for those starting their IT careers, providing foundational knowledge and practical experience in technical support.

You will learn to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, assist users remotely, and maintain IT systems while growing within a supportive, remote team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance to users experiencing hardware, software, or network problems.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications remotely.
• Assist in managing IT inventory and documentation for remote assets.
