Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications are a plus.
• Strong interest in technology and computer systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication for remote user interaction.
• Familiar with Windows and macOS, plus basic networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users, diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Respond to IT support tickets promptly and document actions taken.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
• Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Join remote training sessions and pursue opportunities for IT skill development.
