Placements24 is seeking enthusiastic, technically inclined individuals for a Remote Apprentice IT Support Specialist position. You will provide first-level support to internal users, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and document interactions in the ticketing system as you develop your IT skills

Qualifications

• Interest in Information Technology and desire to build a career in IT support.
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent; IT studies a plus.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS; basic networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist users with setting up equipment and installing software.
