Qualifications

Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Commitment to completing the apprenticeship program and gaining relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to internal users via remote channels (email, chat, phone).
Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
Help with setup and configuration of new user accounts and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and their resolutions in the ticketing system.
Participate in the documentation of IT procedures and user guides.
Support the IT team in projects, including software updates and system maintenance.
