Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware remotely.
• Document and track user issues and resolutions in a helpdesk system.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff as needed.
• Learn and implement IT best practices for system security and maintenance.
