Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated candidate to start a career in IT support as a Junior IT Support Apprentice. This fully remote role offers hands-on training and mentorship while you learn essential technical skills from home.

You will provide first-line support, troubleshoot basic hardware, software and networking issues, and gradually take on more complex tasks as you gain experience and certifications.
