Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Interest in information technology and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via remote channels to end-users.
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of user accounts and devices.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when needed.
• Maintain records of requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Contribute to IT support documentation and knowledge base articles.
