You will not complete final sales; success comes from converting conversations into qualified transfers. You will extensively use dialers, handle objections, and maintain accurate CRM records while meeting daily targets and campaign

Qualifications

• Three+ years in inside/outbound sales, telesales, or live transfer roles.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver confident, professional introductions.
• Explain the purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief qualification questions.
• Handle objections from customers.
• Build trust and avoid misleading claims.
• Generate enough interest for a live transfer.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving rep.
• Record accurate call notes and outcomes.
• Follow campaign rules and opt-out requirements.
• Meet hourly and daily performance targets.
