Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a clear phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills for remote work and time management.
• Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to generate interest in tech solutions.
• Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria and customer needs.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and leads.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
• Aim to exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and meetings.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service during initial sales engagement.
• Share best practices to improve team performance.
• Work effectively in a remote environment with high productivity.
