Job summary

Placements24 is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a fully remote role in Bloemfontein, Free State. You will generate new opportunities via outbound calls, emails and social media, qualify leads, present technology solutions, and arrange product demonstrations for the outside sales team.

You will manage a CRM-driven pipeline and collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation. The position offers a competitive base salary with commissions, health/dental/vision coverage, paid time off,

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work remotely.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria to identify potential customers.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our client's technology solutions.
• Schedule initial meetings and product demonstrations for the outside sales team.
• Effectively manage and maintain a sales pipeline within the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
