Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize our HRIS platform. You will develop reports, analyze data trends, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders across time zones from a fully remote setup.

We value 5+ years of HRIS experience, strong technical skills in Excel and SQL, and hands-on work with major HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS analysis, administration, or implementation experience.
• Experience with at least one major HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Strong HR process knowledge and data management skills.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills with Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide training and support to HR users on HRIS capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new HRIS features.
• Lead or participate in HRIS implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security policies.
• Document HRIS processes and user guides.
• Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices.
