Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR operations/administration experience.
• Strong HRIS proficiency (SAP HR, Workday, Oracle HCM) and advanced MS Excel.
• Knowledge of South African labor law and compliance.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work remotely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
