Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote HR Data Analyst to join its People Operations team. This fully remote role focuses on collecting, analyzing HR data related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention to drive strategic decisions.

You will build dashboards with Excel/SQL/Python, develop predictive models for attrition and hiring needs, ensure data integrity, and present insights to stakeholders across functions from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or HR data domain.
• 2–4 years in HR analytics or data analysis, remote preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python or R; data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large HR datasets and trends.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (KPI visualization).
• Identify patterns to inform strategic decisions in workforce planning.
• Partner with HR and leaders to deliver relevant analysis.
• Build predictive models for attrition, hiring needs, and performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across systems.
• Support HRIS implementation and optimization.
• Provide process-improvement recommendations from data insights.
• Stay updated on HR analytics trends and best practices.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
