Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an HR Data Analyst for a remote-first role with a Stellenbosch-based tech hub. You will collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to drive workforce insights and strategic decisions, building dashboards and reports that inform talent management and operations.

Applicants should have 3+ years in HR analytics, strong data visualization skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, payroll, performance systems).
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track turnover, recruitment, compensation, and engagement.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business units.
• Design and conduct statistical analyses to support HR initiatives and planning.
• Collaborate with IT and HR to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support ad-hoc data requests.
