Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join a remote-first HR technology team. You will support, maintain, and optimize the HRIS to ensure data integrity and drive process efficiencies across global HR functions.

You will work closely with HR and IT to manage configurations, develop reports, and implement system updates. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HRIS experience and strong analytical and communication skills for a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/HR/Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HRIS analysis and administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with major HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support HRIS systems including configuration and data management.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and IT on upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and validation.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS functionalities.
• Document HRIS processes and procedures for governance.
• Assist in implementing new HRIS modules and features.
• Stay current with HRIS trends and best practices.
• Manage user access and security within the HRIS.
• Contribute to HR projects requiring HRIS support.
