You will manage HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday), generate analytics, and assist with onboarding and offboarding while helping implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field
• 2-4 years HR operations/HRIS experience
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Workday

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee HR operational processes, including onboarding, employee data changes, and offboarding procedures.
• Develop and implement HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Generate HR reports and analytics for various stakeholders, providing insights into workforce data.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies related to employee information.
• Provide support and training to employees and managers on HR systems and processes.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring seamless enrollment and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems and processes.
• Support HR projects and initiatives related to system upgrades or process re-engineering.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all HR operational procedures.
