The ideal candidate will have a quantitative degree and 3–5 years of HR analytics experience, with strong skills in SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR data analysis or related analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate HR data from multiple sources.
• Perform statistical analyses to identify trends and correlations in HR data.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership.
