Placements24 is seeking a proactive HR Manager focused on Talent Acquisition to scale our remote, globally distributed workforce. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, craft innovative strategies, build a diverse talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Strong employer branding and candidate experience expertise.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build a strong pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
• Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals to identify candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to guide the hiring process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report on performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, especially for remote work.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
