Placements24 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its remote recruitment division and shape strategic talent sourcing across a global client base.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment, mentor a high‑performing team, implement advanced TA strategies and optimize recruitment technologies to enhance candidate experience, bias-free selection, and client success in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment management, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic TA programs.
• Strong leadership, team coaching, and coaching abilities.
• Experience using recruitment tools, ATS, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment professionals.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, and placement.
• Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients and senior leadership; analyze metrics for continuous improvement.
