Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote HR Manager to lead HR operations for a distributed workforce. The role emphasizes strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, engagement, performance management, compensation, and compliance in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience, including remote work exposure, and strong leadership and analytics skills to support a growing global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPM) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in managing HR functions for a remote or distributed workforce.
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies for remote work environments.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies for a remote workforce.
• Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes for remote candidates.
• Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention in a distributed environment.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equity and competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations across different jurisdictions where employees are located.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support a remote work model.
• Provide strategic advice and support to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
• Manage employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive remote work culture.
• Utilize HR technology and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance data analytics for decision-making.
