Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy and operations on a fully remote basis. You will partner with senior leadership to shape talent strategy, organizational design, and culture for a globally dispersed team.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years HR leadership experience, mastery of remote work practices, and deep knowledge of SA labor law and international HR. The role offers executive compensation, equity options, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP experience.
• Proven ability to lead HR for remote or distributed teams and influence executives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with rapid growth and remote-first model.
• Provide strategic HR counsel to executives and management.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to high performance.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance, compensation, and retention for remote workforce.
• Design organizational development initiatives to support scale.
• Drive culture, engagement, and collaboration in a virtual setting.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across jurisdictions.
• Champion change management during growth and transformation.
