Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Proven success in building and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies, particularly within the tech industry.
• Experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement innovative, scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding support.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on best practices.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Champion employer branding and ensure a compelling candidate experience.
• Manage and optimize use of ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends.
