Qualifications

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related field.
Proven success in sourcing and attracting candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
Proficiency with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various client roles.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pools.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, motivation, and culture.
Partner with clients to understand organizational needs, culture, and hiring requirements.
Manage candidate communication, provide timely feedback, and facilitate offers and onboarding.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress.
