Job summary

Placements24 is seeking proactive Graduate HR Generalists to join a fully remote HR team supporting operations connected to Mahikeng. This role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration within a flexible virtual work environment, ideal for recent graduates passionate about HR and employee development.

You will contribute to HR initiatives, maintain accurate employee records, and learn modern HR practices while enjoying a supportive virtual team culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding of new employees for a smooth transition.
• Help manage employee records and HR information systems with data accuracy.
• Provide support for employee relations matters and HR policy inquiries.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required.
