Job summary

Placements24 is seeking proactive Graduate HR Generalists to join a fully remote HR team supporting operations connected to Mahikeng. This role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration within a flexible virtual work environment, ideal for recent graduates passionate about HR and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of HR principles and employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
