Placements24 is seeking a compassionate and organized Graduate Human Resources Assistant to join their fully remote HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration in a supportive virtual environment.

You will assist in interviewing, onboarding for new hires, maintain HRIS data, coordinate engagement initiatives, and provide administrative support while learning from mentors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Maintain employee records and HR information systems with data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions such as correspondence and calendar management.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
