Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers remotely.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires and culture integration.
• Support talent acquisition, including resume screening and interview coordination.
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
