• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, with remote work history.
• Strong knowledge of South African employment law and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and HR software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR generalist duties including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with SA labor laws.
• Support performance management cycles and compensation reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in the HRIS.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience.
