Placements24 is seeking a diligent Remote HR Compliance Specialist to join its fully remote HR team. You will ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, conduct audits, and stay updated on legislative changes from a remote location supporting a distributed workforce.

The role requires reviewing HR practices, developing compliance training, and promoting ethical HR practices across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR compliance and employment law experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA).
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and compliance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct audits of HR practices and documentation to identify compliance risks.
• Stay current with national and provincial labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file government reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Develop and deliver training programs on HR compliance topics to employees and managers.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and employee grievances related to policies.
