Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR compliance or related role.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor legislation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Stay updated on SA labor laws (BCEA, LRA, EEA) and advise management.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify risks and remediation actions.
• Manage employee records in line with data protection regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs on compliance topics.
