Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote HR Specialist focused on Compliance. You will monitor SA labor legislation, develop compliant HR policies, conduct audits, and deliver training while managing employee relations with a focus on accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law or related field.
• At least 4 years in HR with focus on compliance and labor law.
• Strong knowledge of SA Labour Relations Act, BCEA, EEA.
• Experience in HR audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in SA labor legislation and advise on impact.
• Develop and maintain compliant HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify gaps and risks.
• Create and deliver compliance training for staff and managers.
• Investigate employee relations issues and ensure fair policy application.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
