Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Help Desk Support Technician or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common applications.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and remote support tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills for remote troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets promptly.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software remotely.
• Assist users with password resets, account management, and software access.
• Document support activities and create user guides for common problems.
