Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS, applications, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to systems.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for remote staff.
• Document requests and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
