Placements24 is seeking a proactive Graduate Customer Success Manager for a fully remote role. You will support clients using our SaaS platform, onboard new accounts, and build strong relationships.

You'll collaborate with sales, product, and support teams, track client health, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to product improvements. A strong communicator with problem-solving skills thrives in this flexible, growth-focused environment.
