Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Customer Success Agent to support a growing portfolio of clients from a home office. You will drive customer value, build strong relationships, and ensure success with our products through proactive engagement and thoughtful problem solving.

You’ll conduct regular check-ins, tailor solutions, coordinate with internal teams, onboard new customers, and capture feedback to help product and sales improve.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management in a client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to engage virtually.
• Understanding of CRM principles and customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand customer goals and challenges.
• Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain more value from our offerings.
• Address customer concerns and issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
• Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success.
