Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with key clients, driving adoption, retention, and growth from a remote base near Rustenburg.

You will onboard new clients, monitor health, identify upsell opportunities, and represent the voice of the customer to product and sales teams, all while thriving in a remote-first culture that values collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of clients and driving retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders remotely.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and SaaS business models.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable client strategies.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Monitor client health and proactively address potential churn risks.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of the product/service.
• Identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells based on client needs and goals.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and sales teams.
• Develop and share best practices with clients to ensure they are maximizing their use of our solutions.
