Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and strategies.
• Ability to analyze client data and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms is highly desirable.
