You will guide clients through their journey, identify value opportunities, and foster long-term loyalty. Responsibilities include onboarding, maintaining client relationships, monitoring health, conducting business reviews, and coordinating internal resources.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and SaaS models.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions for clients.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure successful initial adoption of products/services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Monitor client health and engagement, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews to showcase value and align on goals.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and escalations, coordinating internal resources.
• Drive customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
