Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Customer Success Specialist to nurture client relationships, drive retention, and help clients derive maximum value from our offerings in a fully remote role, serving clients across regions from Polokwane.

You will onboard new clients, proactively monitor their success, conduct regular business reviews, be the primary contact for inquiries, and gather feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks remotely.
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, guiding setup and initial utilisation of products/services.
• Proactively engage with existing clients to monitor success, identify issues, and offer solutions.
