Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Success Manager to join a distributed team. You will onboard clients, drive adoption, and build strong relationships to ensure client success and retention across our SaaS offerings.

In this fully remote role based in South Africa, you will monitor health metrics, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote workload effectively, ideally based near Klerksdorp.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and establishing clear success metrics.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions and insights.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Monitor client health and adoption metrics, implementing strategies to mitigate churn and drive satisfaction.
