You will design, implement, and manage competitive C&B programs that attract and retain talent worldwide, with a focus on market analysis, salary benchmarking, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions including South Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of progressive compensation and benefits experience.
• Experience with salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Strong Excel and HRIS proficiency; knowledge of SA labour law.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Experience with global C&B programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research and salary benchmarking for equity.
• Develop salary bands and frameworks based on data.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, administration, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with SA labour law and global regulations.
• Create clear communication materials for C&B programs.
• Support annual salary reviews and bonus administration.
• Advise HR and Finance on total rewards strategies.
• Identify process improvements and cost efficiencies.
