Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration, remote setting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and interpretation related to compensation.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive plans.
• Familiarity with South African employment legislation relevant to compensation and benefits.
• Excellent understanding of employee benefit programs and their administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS and specialized compensation and benefits software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Design, administer, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, incentives, and health & welfare benefits.
• Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Develop and maintain job grading structures and salary bands.
• Administer employee benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations, including South African labour laws.
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget.
• Communicate compensation and benefits information effectively to employees and managers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend improvements.
• Manage relationships with third-party benefit providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefits data.
