Placements24 is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Compensation and Benefits to join a remote team supporting Pretoria operations. You will design, implement, and administer competitive pay and benefits programs, conduct market analysis, and ensure compliance with South African regulations.

You will collaborate with Finance and HR colleagues, manage multiple remote projects, and contribute to strategic reward decisions across the organization in the Gauteng region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in Compensation and Benefits.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of South African compensation and benefits landscape and relevant laws.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the company's compensation structure, including salary bands and job grading.
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay and benefits offerings.
• Ensure compliance with BCEA and South African regulations.
