Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Compensation and Benefits Analyst for a fully remote role supporting operations near Upington, Northern Cape, ZA. You will design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure regulatory compliance while working remotely.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance/Statistics and at least five years in compensation and benefits analysis, with advanced Excel, HRIS experience, and strong data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or HR-related discipline.
- At least 5 years in compensation and benefits analysis.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS and compensation tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market compensation data and industry trends.
- Develop, implement and administer base pay, incentives, and executive plans.
- Manage benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness.
- Conduct job evaluations and create internal/external equity frameworks.
- Prepare reports on trends, program effectiveness, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and remuneration regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to communicate compensation information.
- Support annual salary reviews and bonus allocations.
- Utilize HRIS and compensation software for data management and analysis.
