You will partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to align reward strategies with market trends and organizational goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing salary structures, annual reviews, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with SA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of Compensation & Benefits analysis and administration.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, and market pricing.
• In-depth knowledge of SA benefits regulations (e.g., Pension Funds Act, Medical Schemes Act).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (SAP HR, Oracle HCM).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex info clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, job grading, and incentive plans.
• Manage the annual salary review and bonus processes, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical aid, retirement funds, life insurance, and other perks.
• Conduct market research and analyze salary survey data to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation pertaining to compensation and benefits in Midrand.
• Advise HR Business Partners and management on compensation and benefits policies and practices.
• Develop communication materials to effectively explain compensation and benefits programs to employees.
• Partner with external vendors and providers for benefits administration and specialized compensation studies.
• Analyze data related to employee turnover, compensation equity, and benefits utilization to provide strategic insights.
