Placements24 is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for a fully remote role in the fintech sector. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling to steer strategic initiatives from your home office.

You will collaborate with executives, drive performance insights, and mentor the finance team while shaping the company’s financial strategy and long-term planning.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency with FP&A tools and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and remote leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgets and quarterly forecasts across departments.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare variance analyses, dashboards, and executive summaries.
