Placements24 is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our client’s team in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on key metrics, with collaboration across departments in a remote environment.

You will develop complex models, analyse performance, prepare reports and dashboards for senior management, and support strategic initiatives. A proactive, detail‑oriented communicator with 4–6 years FP&A experience suits this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 4-6 years in financial analysis, corporate finance, or similar.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
• Experience with FP&A software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Analyse performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from budget/forecast.
• Support business unit leaders in financial planning and targets.
• Evaluate feasibility of new projects and investments.
• Monitor KPIs and report on financial health.
• Contribute to process improvements in reporting.
