Placements24 is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to drive financial performance through robust forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in a fully remote role. You will partner with global business units to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong modeling skills, and the ability to communicate insights to senior leadership in a remote, global team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely in a distributed setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire organization.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis and KPIs.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decisions.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance financial reporting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
