Placements24 is seeking an strategic and experienced FP&A Manager to lead the FP&A function on a fully remote basis. You will drive financial strategy, forecasting, and business insights across the organization, collaborating with senior leadership and finance teams to develop robust plans and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

The role emphasizes leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, building advanced financial models, and delivering executive-level reports.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and BI tools in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and refine financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key trends and drivers.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on financial results and outlook.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function.
