Placements24 is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead the FP&A function in a fully remote setting. This strategic role shapes financial strategy, drives performance, and provides insights to executive decision-making.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, develop sophisticated models, mentor a remote team, and partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; professional qualifications highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years FP&A experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Extensive experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency with FP&A software and ERP systems; strong remote leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the organisation.
• Develop robust financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, management presentations, and dashboards for leadership and board.
• Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial guidance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Analyse KPIs and operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team in a remote context.
• Oversee the preparation of long-range financial plans and ensure accuracy of outputs.
